  • We do not add HANDLING FEES!
  • SALES TAX – Michigan residents will be charged 6% state sales tax on all sales.
  • SHIPPING LEAD TIME – Orders with items in stock ship within 2-3 business days. Gift baskets are made to order. Custom or large orders may require a short manufacturing time and special order soaps require a 3-6 weeks cure period. Orders paid by personal check or money order will ship once the check clears
  • SHIPPING DELAYS – We will send you an email notifying you of any unusual delays. If you encounter a delay, we hope you will consider that you are waiting for a product lovingly crafted with fresh wholesome ingredients made especially for you.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES – Shipping charges are calculated based on standard USPS shipping rates according to weight, postal zone and ship time. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice typically USPS priority mail, UPS or Fed-ex ground. You will be able to view the shipping charges at the online checkout before finalizing your order.
  • PRIVACY POLICY – We respect your right to privacy! The information you provide is used only for transacting business between you and Latter Rain. We will not share your contact information nor will we sell any part of our customer database to any third party.Your email address may be used to notify you about new products and/or upcoming promotions offered by Latter Rain Handcrafted Bath and Beauty.
  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES – Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we cannot guarantee the purity of the products once they leave our facility. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read carefully the product descriptions before ordering. Contact us if you have additional questions to insure your satisfaction upon the arrival of your package.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – It is important to us that you are happy with our products. We will do our best to meet your needs should any unusual problems arise.
  • DAMAGE CLAIMS – If your package is damaged externally upon arrival, please refuse delivery or note *damaged* on the driver’s delivery sheet. You must notify Latter Rain the next business day after delivery and file a damages claim with the delivery company. We will contact carrier to verify the claim. All boxes, packaging and product must remain intact in order to process a claim. In the event of loss or damage, Latter Rain will only assume responsibility for the actual cost or replacement of the merchandise.
